Originally, the organisers had expected a total of 1200 participants. Emergency services were deployed in large numbers, with four rescue helicopters also on site to treat the injured.
Another 20-25 participants were injured less severely and were distributed across various hospitals. It's important to note that the exact number of injured individuals cannot yet be provided.
